1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using reluctantreps.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our Site. We know reading terms of service is about as fun as a 6am workout, but it's necessary.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our Site. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian to help you out. We're selling workout gear, not checking IDs, but we trust you to be honest.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may need to create an account to complete a purchase. You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information secure
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Don't share your password with anyone—not even your workout buddy who "just wants to check something real quick."

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We do our best to:

  • Display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Keep our inventory updated in real-time

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings (we can't control your screen calibration)
  • Products may sell out faster than your motivation on a Monday morning
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
  • Pricing errors happen—if we discover one, we'll contact you before processing your order

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an Order: When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (defective payment info, suspected fraud, product unavailability, etc.).

Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm:

  • You're authorized to use that payment method
  • You have sufficient funds/credit available
  • All information provided is accurate

Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This doesn't mean we've accepted your order—just that we received it. Acceptance happens when we ship your items and send you a shipping confirmation.

6. PRICING

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes won't affect orders already placed.

Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address as required by law.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to the United States only.

  • We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or the general chaos of the universe
  • You're responsible for providing an accurate US shipping address
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, you'll need to pay for reshipping or request a refund (minus original shipping costs).

We want you to love your gear, but we're not a rental service. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached for returns (except in cases of defects or our errors).

All content on this Site—including designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and that one really good meme we posted—is owned by Reluctant Reps or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Create knockoff versions of our products (we'll know, and we'll be reluctantly disappointed)

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our Site to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Site

Basically: don't be a jerk, and don't do illegal stuff.
